西螺黃家九層粿 is a street-snack shop in Yunlin's Xiluo Township. It was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards two years running, in 2023 and 2024.
The must-order here is the nine-layer rice cake (jiu-ceng-guo). One diner wrote in a review: “Huang's nine-layer rice cake: ◎ the sauce has minced garlic, more flavorful.”
