鐘記燒餅 is a bakery in Penghu's Magong City. It was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards twice, in 2023 and 2025.

The must-order here is the shao-bing. One diner wrote in a review: “The shao-bing is very fragrant — not the flaky kind, but a substantial, hearty cake. I ate it twice on this Penghu trip.”
