番紅花印度美饌, in Taipei's Shilin District, earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod in 2025 — one of the site's few Indian-cuisine representatives.
Regulars call it a classic-cuisine restaurant that's “rave-worthy and unforgettable”; many had their first taste of Indian curry here, and the butter naan is especially praised.
Mondays serve dinner only (5:30pm to 9pm); otherwise open in two sittings, 11:30am to 2pm and 5:30pm to 9pm (9:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays).
