The signature Nyonya laksa is the shop's star dish, simmered in coconut milk and house chili paste into a broth that's rich with sour and spicy notes. The butterfly-pea rice, dyed blue-purple, is eaten the authentic Malaysian way alongside curry chicken, boiled egg, dried anchovies, and peanuts. One Google reviewer wrote, "Genuinely delicious, authentic Malaysian Nyonya food — real broth, carefully made chili sauce," and another described going "out of my way to come here multiple times... it's worth driving specifically for."

A small eatery on Zhonghua Street in Toufen Township, open across separate lunch and afternoon shifts, closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays (open until 7:30pm on weekends). The owner takes the time to explain how to eat each dish, and dogs are welcome to dine along.
