礁溪香腸伯 is a roadside grilled-sausage stall on Wufeng Road in Jiaoxi Township, Yilan, tucked among the hills, its charcoal-grilled sausage and glutinous-rice sausage made to order, the signature “raw-sausage wrap” bundling a fresh-grilled sausage and glutinous-rice sausage in a flatbread to eat together. One diner said “the food's tasty and wrapped in flatbread so it's not greasy — the owner really cares,” another noting “a food stall with a line even on weekdays.”
Beside the stall it also sells bottled drinks like old-time black tea, unsweetened high-mountain tea, and sweet winter-melon tea, easy to grab on foot or driving by.
