很傳統的口味，韭菜卷皮脆餡多，韭菜很香，蝦餅跟臉一樣大，滿滿的蝦、地瓜、芋頭，單純胡椒鹽就很好吃，每次去宜蘭都會吃。
春捲伯 is a dim-sum shop in Yilan's Jiaoxi Township. It was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards in 2026.
The must-order here is the spring roll. One diner wrote in a review: “The shrimp cracker is as full of shrimp flavor as ever, just seems a size smaller; the chives in the spring roll are still so tender. Living up to a place I've loved for over a decade, the flavor is just as delicious, only…”
