Google 4.0 stars · 3,152 reviews停車要自己找地方停遠一點，在圓環上面草屯國小邊比較有空位。再往回走過圓環忍受住圓環旁各種美食的誘惑後就走到了，可以開始點餐。餐點各種炸物所用的米漿酥脆爽口，蚵嗲肉嗲扎實，特有炸杏包菇炸秋葵，炸米腸有肉桂香味。綜合湯CP值超高，豬血湯通常很快就會賣完了，要吃手腳要快。豆腐和菜頭在大鍋中熬煮數小時後香軟入味好口感。米糕米腸自家自製有品質。自家打的白米漿沾醬和 辣味黃米漿沾醬再加上醬油膏，要自己調配自己想要的口味。古早的口味，食物製程沒有偷工減料，合適的價格，值得一再造訪。

榕樹下扣仔嗲, in Nantou's Caotun Township, serves street snacks. It was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards two years running, in 2023 and 2024.
One diner wrote in a review: “You have to find parking a bit farther off — there's more space by Caotun Elementary above the roundabout.”
