很喜歡這種粉漿蛋餅，目前也是我心中的第一名蛋餅蔥的部分適量、醬料也是，個人覺得一顆蛋跟雙蛋沒有太大區別，所以也不用特別再點雙蛋排隊真的需要有點耐心，當然已經跳過一些熱門時段竟然也還是有排隊約10-15分，如果想吃的朋友在注意囉～車子部分不好停車，大家都來買或逛街時根本沒什麼車位能停.. 如果很多人要用餐的建議派2-3個人來買就好，買回去民宿吃比較方便～

銅鑼蛋餅 is a breakfast shop in Miaoli's Tongluo Township. It was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards in 2024.

The must-order here is the dan-bing (egg crepe). One diner wrote in a review: “I really like this batter dan-bing — it's my number one so far. The scallion in the dan-bing is just enough, as is the sauce; personally I don't find much difference between one egg and two…”

Open early, from 6am to noon; closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
