凃大的吉古拉, in Keelung's Zhongzheng District, serves braised fare (lu-wei). It was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards in 2026.

One diner wrote in a review: “Handmade chikuwa (ji-gu-la) by the Zhengbin Fishing Harbor — after charcoal-grilling, the flavor and texture are superb, different from what traditional markets sell and downright addictive. Every visit I get one first thing; fresh-grilled it's NT$25 a stick, and one is of course never enough.”

Open from 7am to noon; closed Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
