這家位於台2線的小食堂，店後面有自己的停車場，相當方便；假日通常需要訂位才吃得到。不囉嗦，來評分(以下滿分5🌟) - 用餐環境：🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 整個環境都很乾淨，牆上還有一排看來是老闆自己在用的釣竿，很特別。 - 服務態度：🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 店員會很熱心介紹今天有什麼魚，推薦幾道經典菜色 - 餐點口味：🌟 🌟 🌟 點了海鮮麵（$150），炸土魠魚（$280），龍虎斑（$580），空心菜（$110）炸土魠魚非常好吃，魚肉醃製過再下去炸，酥脆有風味；龍虎斑很大一隻，新鮮度也很夠；蒜炒空心菜再灑上上蒜酥，別有一番風味；海鮮麵的風味一般般，海鮮配料也不算多，新鮮度也還好，算是略微失望的一道餐點。

幸福滿味食堂 sits on Toubin Road in Toucheng, Yilan, a tin-roof seafood eatery beside the coastal highway, its main draw seafood noodles, seafood congee, and various fried rice and noodles, the signature fried mackerel marinated then fried crisp outside and tender within. One diner said “the owner's wife warmly introduces the dishes, great value for the portion, and the fried mackerel slices are really tasty,” another especially recommending the fried rice, describing “distinct grains with a glossy sheen yet not at all greasy, every grain fiercely loved by high heat and hot oil, with a faint char aroma,” calling it “hidden-gem fried rice.”

Flavor reviews aren't wholly uniform — one diner gave an overall decent review but noted “the seafood noodles' flavor was so-so, the seafood toppings not plentiful and the freshness just okay, a slightly disappointing dish”; but the clean setting and friendly service draw broad praise, with parking behind the shop.
