珍味麵食小館 sits in the countryside of Pingtung's Xinpi, its signature the house-cut ban-tiao (flat rice noodles), served stir-fried or in soup, with pork head meat and pig-ear platters dipped in soy and minced garlic. One diner said “the cleanliness, price, portion, noodle body, parking, sides, and sauces all beat the others,” and another noted that on holidays it runs out of ingredients by 11, when the owner makes two plates of rice noodles and simple sides from leftovers for just NT$100.

A locally run snack shop, with mealtimes mainly morning to before noon, closing when sold out.

Closed Mondays; otherwise open daily 7:00–13:00 (until sold out).
