阿財雞絲麵 is a noodle shop in Kaohsiung's Yancheng District. It was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards three times, in 2023, 2024, and 2026, earning a two-bowl rating.

The must-order here is the shredded-chicken noodles. One diner wrote in a review: “Great, great, great! Both the dry and the soup versions are delicious, and the chicken side platter is really tasty too…”
