The signature is sliced duck over rice drizzled with braised mince — a bold flavor, with rice cooked just right; the mixed-giblet soup is generous and full of ingredients (careful, it arrives piping hot), while the pork-blood cake is comparatively mild and can be eaten alongside to balance things out.
