阿三肉圓, in Changhua City, earned two bowls in 500 Bowls in 2024 and one bowl in 2025.

The signature ba-wan has a crisp fried skin that doesn't scrape the mouth, a sauce with a sweet-and-savory aftertaste, and filling that pairs well with the skin; some regulars note it's NT$60 each with a smallish filling — you eat it for that crisp skin. Business is good, so expect to queue a while.

Closed Mondays; otherwise open 10:30am to 7pm.
