板橋高記生炒魷魚, in New Taipei's Banqiao District, serves stir-fry (re-chao). It was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards two years running, in 2023 and 2024.

The signature is the stir-fried squid. One diner wrote in a review: “Update~~~ 2026/07/02–07/08, the shop is closed for 7 days straight.”
