這間真的是超級好吃的，鱔魚的份量不少，如果可以加麵就更棒了，整體的份量雖然不多（差在麵）但是口感超級棒，鱔魚非常的紮實Q彈，用餐的環境也蠻舒服的，等待時間非常的短，豬肝湯也超級好喝，豬肝很嫩！值得特地來用餐的一家店！ This place is absolutely delicious! The portion of eel is quite generous, though it would be even better if there was an option to add extra noodles. While the overall portion size is a bit small (mostly due to the amount of noodles), the texture is incredible—the eel is very firm, springy, and fresh. The dining environment is quite comfortable, and the wait time was very short. The pork liver soup is also phenomenal; the liver is incredibly tender! This restaurant is definitely worth a special trip!

下午四點半開門，我們五點半到現場後位。就已經被告知幾乎所有東西都沒有，只剩下鱔魚意麵跟豬肝而已，很訝異明明下午剛開一小時就幾乎所有東西都賣光光。另外實際從到現場點單後位入座的實際拿到餐點，等了差不多有五十分鐘。真的沒有時間等的人不要去吃，或者就平日吃可能好一點？但餐點是沒有讓我們失望啦！鱔魚很Q彈，麵炒的也很有鍋氣，麻油豬肝也很好吃。還是蠻推推的！

城邊真味鱔魚意麵 sits on Dongmen Road in Tainan's East District, its sign marked “Since 1970,” its main draw stir-fried eel yi-mian, plus seafood versions with cuttlefish or squid, served with pork liver soup or pork kidney. One diner said “generous eel portion, superb texture — very firm and springy, the pork liver soup also super tasty with tender liver, a shop worth a special trip,” another praising “tasty eel (two preparations) and delicious pork kidney.”

Popular items sell out early, one diner warning “opens at 4:30pm, I arrived at 5:30 to wait and was told almost everything was gone, only eel yi-mian and pork liver left, and it took about fifty minutes from ordering to sitting with the food — don't go if you're short on time,” but adding “the food didn't disappoint, the eel springy, the noodles wok-fired well,” so go on a weekday or early.

Closed Mondays; otherwise open daily lunch 11:30am–2:00 and dinner 4:30–10:00pm (to 9:00 Sundays).
