它的姐妹店「劉家小館」停業3年！近期重新開館！再去！怎麼會變坑人的店！菜單不公開外！滷味隨便點點就超過一千元！滷肉飯又鹹又難吃！看來劉家真是走下坡了！
用餐時間為假日11點多抵達，入口處有候位表可以自己填寫聯絡方式及人數，四位大人大概候位40-50分鐘，服務人員每位都很親切，因同行有長輩，店家主動詢問要不要坐一樓、在收拾桌子時先讓老人家坐著等，超級貼心！ 即便很忙碌都還是有笑容及很有耐心的介紹食物，整體東西好吃、環境舒適、服務又很好 🌟
Bebu春嬌粄條, in Hsinchu's Beipu Township, was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards two years running, 2024 and 2025, plus a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod in 2025.
Regulars call the dining experience “a well-deserved Bib Gourmand,” with the architecture and décor especially memorable; the braised dishes are tasty with a hint of wine aroma. Weekends are crowded, with a sign-up waitlist at the entrance and a 40–50 minute wait for a four-top; the staff are friendly, even asking parties with elders whether they'd like a first-floor seat and prioritizing them.
Open Wednesday to Sunday only, weekdays 11am to 2:30pm, weekends extended to 5pm; closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
