光興腿庫, in New Taipei's Sanchong District, took two bowls in 500 Bowls in 2025 and one in 2026, plus a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod in 2025.
The shop recently moved to a new address, and regulars note the queues are gentler than before, with sales starting right at 4:30pm; some mention the rice is occasionally under-steamed, a small flaw, but the overall rating stays steady.
Open in two sittings, 11am to 1:30pm and 4:30pm to 7:30pm; closed Saturdays and Sundays.
