湖東牛肉館是高雄湖內區大名鼎鼎的溫體牛肉火鍋店，更曾榮獲米其林必比登推介（Bib Gourmand），被許多老饕譽為「南部溫體牛火鍋的天花板」。老闆每天親自到台南善化牛墟挑選頂級溫體牛肉，湯頭則是用新鮮蔬果與牛骨熬煮數小時而成，非常甘甜清爽。

湖東牛肉館, in Kaohsiung's Hunei District, earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod in 2025, hailed by gourmands as “the ceiling of southern warm-beef hotpot,” with a 4.5 rating.

The owner personally picks top warm (never-frozen) beef at Tainan's Shanhua cattle market each day, and both broth and beef are well received; the owner and staff are friendly and the setting comfortable. Beef is limited, so call to reserve to be sure of getting some.

Closed Mondays; Tuesdays serve dinner only (5pm to 8:30pm); otherwise hours adjust by day — Wednesday to Friday from 10am, weekends from 9:30am.
