早上五點多一個外場胖胖的阿桑拿醬油碟給客人時會將手指頭放在倒醬油的區塊，衛生不佳。 4/12 05：30點了一碗肉燥飯跟魚丸湯，店員端魚皮湯來發現端錯，端回去換時把號碼牌跟壓在號碼牌下的100元鈔票收走，餐點都還沒齊就把號碼牌跟錢都收走。
