水仙宮粽葉米糕 sits on Minquan Road Section 3 in Tainan's West Central District, right by the Shuixian Temple market, its main draw fish-floss mi-gao, served with si-shen soup, bone-and-meat soup, and other soups, plus braised-side snacks and blanched greens to add. One diner said “tasty mi-gao,” “very tasty mi-gao,” another noting “the mi-gao and si-shen soup are both good, priced at the usual going rate.”

But reviews swing widely — one diner reported “ordered a bowl of mi-gao and bone-and-meat soup, both had a pork stink, the fish floss a fishy stink, all full of unhygienic off-smells,” another curious “it's called leaf-wrapped mi-gao, but I smelled no leaf and saw none on-site”; some mention the busy-district location and so-so service. Mind the polarized flavor reviews before ordering.

Open daily 4:00pm to 12:30am, year-round.
