老士官擀麵, in Taichung's Qingshui District, was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards in 2023 and earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod in 2025.
Regulars note the kitchen is run by an elderly woman owner, very kind, who introduces the dishes herself, with fast service.
Closed Mondays; otherwise open 8am to 1:30pm.
