因為必比登才知道有這家點，想著來嘗試看看，結果嚐完就喜歡到不行。我點的套餐一份是$266，還有附白飯跟小菜。這個湯裡面有魚肉、豬肉、花椰菜、很多蛋還有蛤蠣，都是用健康的原型食物去煮的，湯頭鮮甜，不知道是用多少蔬菜熬了多久所成。 對了，豆包捲也很好吃😋記得要先預訂
貓的堅持, in Hsinchu's East District, earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod in 2025, with a 4.5 rating, featuring knife-shaved noodles and soups.
The knife-shaved noodles are just-right in texture, neither too firm nor mushy; the set is NT$266, with rice and a side, and the soup has fish, pork, cauliflower, egg, and clams — honest ingredients and a fresh, sweet broth. Regulars say “I only knew of it because of Bib Gourmand, and loved it once I tried it,” their one note being the price is a bit high.
