澎湃豆花 (Longtan branch), in Taoyuan's Longtan District, was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards in 2024, with a 4.5 rating.

The signature soft douhua (cold, 3 toppings of choice) is NT$70, milk douhua NT$75, and the soft-grass-jelly range is the same price; for hot, there's brown-sugar, ginger, and hot-grass-jelly douhua, all NT$70 to 75. Regulars especially note the milk-based items' distinctive milky aroma, a highlight. Weekends are crowded with frequent queues, but plenty are willing to wait.

Weekdays open until 8pm, closing earlier at 5 on Sundays.
