阿美米干 (flagship), in Taoyuan's Pingzhen District, was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards in 2025, with a 4.3 rating and nearly ten thousand reviews.

The signature mi-gan is actually a fine rice-flour ban-tiao, NT$130 a serving, with a solid rating; the green-papaya salad is heavy on fish sauce and dried shrimp, a matter of taste; the sliced pork (da-bao-pian) is broadly well received, crisp and slightly oily with a palate-cleansing dip. Takeaway does brisk business, and a 20-minute-plus dine-in wait is the norm, so plan your timing if you're pressed.
