添厚家常手路做的好吃的家常菜，個人特愛炸魚柳，忘記跟同事說不要苦瓜，就出現了，但金莎山苦瓜我能嚥下去就代表不錯！當初是樂島的調酒師推薦的，過了好久總算吃到，但記得先打電話預約，不然不一定有位置哦！

添厚家常手路, in Tainan's West Central District, earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod in 2025, with a 4.2 rating — a regulars' “Tainan must-eat.”

The signature scallion-fried matsusaka pork is NT$280, pickled greens with pork belly NT$250, garlic salted pork NT$250, scallion-fried brined white shrimp NT$420. The fried fish strips are a personal favorite, and the salted-egg-yolk bitter melon is acceptable even to bitter-melon skeptics; because it's popular, call ahead or you may not get a table.

Closed Wednesdays; otherwise open 11:30am to 2pm and 5:30pm to 8:30pm.
