The signature shrimp roll is NT$33 each, NT$65 for two, and you can buy frozen raw shrimp rolls (box of 10, NT$270) to fry at home; soups like fish-ball, cui-rou (springy pork), fish-ball-and-cui-rou, fish-ball glass-noodle, and cui-rou glass-noodle are all NT$35. Regulars say bluntly: “the shrimp rolls are great; you don't need the rest” — focusing on the shrimp rolls is the way to go.
