小公園擔仔麵, in Tainan's West Central District, earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod in 2025, hailed by regulars as “Tainan's best danzai noodles,” with a 4.3 rating.

The signature danzai noodles are NT$70 (large) / NT$60 (small), with danzai rice noodles, the rice-noodle-and-noodle mix, and rice-strip noodles all at the same price — plenty of variety.

Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays; otherwise open 4:30pm to 10pm.
