游記潤餅 sits on Lequn Street in Taichung's West District, where a single run-bing wrapper is packed with cabbage, dried tofu, pork balls, peanut powder, cilantro, and more, rolled firm and full — cut it open and you see the layered fillings. One diner wrote “varied fillings, tasty,” and regulars describe grannies buying “ten rolls at a time,” more than the owner can keep up with even at a quick pace.

The stall is by the market, made the traditional hand-rolled way to order, so queuing is the norm — Saturday mornings often see nearly 30 people, so come early on holidays.

Mornings only, Tuesday to Sunday 9:00–14:00, closed Mondays, until sold out.
