An unnamed pan-fried-bun stall at the mouth of Zhongli's Xinming Night Market — griddled crisp on both sides.
Signature dishes
An unnamed roadside pan-fried-bun stall next to Zhongli's Xinming Night Market, across from the Yuanta Bank. At twelve NT a piece, rolled, folded, and griddled to order, browned golden on both sides — the queue-worthy spot Zhongli locals say “all their patience goes to.”
Just one filling (cabbage-pork). The skin is thin, the crisp base pronounced, the filling generous, the cabbage keeping its water and natural sweetness. They cook fast — it may look uncrowded, but the person ahead of you might have ordered a whole batch, so gauge your timing on site.
