Instagram: CFO 美食長 @chief_foodie_officer_ 下訂後才發現是必比登推薦！本次八成都是純台南人，用餐前很擔心台南人們不給過🥹 實際心得是 OK、轉盤很重，真的鬆了一口氣～不特別美味，也沒什麼問題，有吃飽也有打包！價格$700/人，八菜一湯一甜點，我覺得差不多就值這樣虱目魚臍特別滿意，每一片夾起來都是最好吃的那一塊😍 口味均衡，挑嘴的台南阿嬤(美食長始祖)有開心吃完這一餐哦網路評論不少說服務不佳，在意精緻化服務的肯定不給過。老闆比較省話，無菜單但服務人員不會主動說明菜色，不過問了會講：這是什麼湯：四寶湯：哪四寶：你們撈看看我是可以接受啦😆 要餐具請你櫥櫃自己拿，反正也沒收服務費。剛好有慶生需求，也是直接讓我們12人在餐後使用另一桌，賓主盡歡！

筑馨居, in Tainan's West Central District, earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod in 2025, with a 4.2 rating — a Taiwanese shared-plate restaurant.

The lighting and atmosphere are lovely, good for gatherings of a few friends, with generous lazy-Susan portions; but the dishes lean sweet, so those without a Tainan palate unaccustomed to sweetness should order carefully.

Open in two sittings daily, 11:30am to 2pm and 5:30pm to 9pm.
