阿明豬心冬粉 is a soup shop in Tainan's West Central District. It was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards two years running, in 2023 and 2024, earning a two-bowl rating.

The must-order here is the pork heart. One diner wrote in a review: “Today I ordered a bowl of brain-marrow soup and the sesame-oil assortment — I highly recommend the sesame-oil assortment.”
