到台南許久，第一次吃到阿明豬心，本店還是沒吃過，二代店的整體感覺不錯，有冷氣，豬心的口感跟別間不一樣，口感略微脆的口感中帶鮮嫩，配上薑絲的湯頭醇香，一碗60元，不大碗，當點心剛剛好。
