小菜涼拌川耳非常好吃，雖然有點麻，有點辣，喜歡吃辣的人一定會喜歡。小菜麻辣皮蛋對喜歡吃皮蛋又喜歡吃麻辣的人，會非常過癮。口水雞份量夠2至3人食用，雞肉軟嫩，配上蔥花及花生粒化龍點睛，辣得夠味，很下飯。四川麻辣牛腱米線湯頭好喝，米線剛好不會太軟爛。
