清香不油膩的湯頭，麵量足，店內乾淨舒適集結藝術設計，看的出老闆對店內佈置的用心，不過缺點就是不好停車，附近都是住家，店內桌數不多想吃要早點來才不用在外面排隊等候

一滴水麵館（中興新村） is a noodle shop in Nantou City. It was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards in 2024.

One diner wrote in a review: “A fragrant, non-greasy broth, a generous portion of noodles, and a clean, comfortable space full of artistic design — you can tell the owner cares about the décor. The downside is parking is hard, with homes all around…”
