春梅家

A home-style noodle house on Huiwen Road in Nantun — a clean-broth Vietnamese pork noodle, a hearty beef-noodle bowl, and a few cold sides.

朋友推薦來此家~ 滷蛋、茄子不錯吃,越式豬肉麵湯底很好、牛肉麵略遜!

春梅家 sits on Huiwen Road in Taichung's Nantun District, a home-style noodle house that puts Taiwanese and Vietnamese flavors side by side — the Vietnamese pork noodle has a clean, light broth topped with sliced white pork, bean sprouts, and cilantro, while the braised beef noodle comes with beef, radish, and tomato in a generous bowl. Round it out with minced-pork rice, cold cucumber, braised eggplant, and blanched greens for a full home-style meal. One diner said “the Vietnamese pork noodle broth is really good,” another recommending “the braised egg and eggplant are tasty”; the beef noodle draws more split opinions, though — some find the broth on the salty side and the sides a touch pricey, so order with that in mind.

The shop has a wooden, Japanese-leaning look, with a “滿麵春風” noren at the door and a “Since 2017” sign. It's walk-in waitlist only — no phone reservations — so expect to queue at mealtimes; you fill out your own waitlist slip and grab a menu yourself. It runs two services (11:30am–2:00pm and 5:30–8:00pm), closed Mondays.
