公園口紅燒土魠魚焿, in Tainan's North District, serves soups. It was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards two years running, 2025 and 2026, earning a two-bowl rating.

One diner wrote in a review: “The Spanish-mackerel thick soup has plenty of fish — big, fresh, firm pieces, the batter not too thick, with a few crisp cabbage leaves in the broth; the hong-shao broth leans sweet, and the price is reasonable…”

Open from 8:30am to 5pm; closed Thursdays.
