吃了好多年，食材品質一直是火鍋店的天花板。但希望甜湯可以減糖或是無糖版的。
鍋膳 hotpot specialist has run since 1993, featuring one-person shabu-shabu with a broth simmered from black-pig bones. Main-pot options range from US sirloin beef, pork belly, and seafood to premium wagyu, the slices cut thick with clear marbling. One diner said “eaten for many years, the ingredient quality is always the ceiling among hotpot shops,” another “prices went up, but it's the best-quality hotpot in Taipei.”
Dining is one person per pot — no shared pots, no card payment, plus a service charge, so know the rules first. Ingredient reviews are broadly high, though some find the service not especially warm.
Closed Mondays; otherwise open daily lunch 12:00–14:30 and dinner 17:30–21:00.
