The signature bowl mi-gao is NT$40, mian-xian thick soup NT$40 (small) / NT$60 (large), si-shen soup the same price, and small-intestine mian-xian NT$60 to 80. Regulars describe the mi-gao as moist and sticky with fine seasoning, the si-shen soup mild and appetizing, and the small intestine tender and melt-in-the-mouth — an old taste worth a special trip to Qiaotou.
