點的是外送，筒仔米糕口感軟糯，味道足夠，上面有很多瘦肉，整體搭配醃製薑片超級好吃。第一次喝蒸蛋湯，蒸蛋很嫩，湯不會太鹹，好喝。
北港蔡三代筒仔米糕, in Kaohsiung's Yancheng District, is one of the few shops on this site to earn 500 Bowls recognition four editions in a row: a one-bowl nod in 2023, 2024, and 2025, rising to two bowls in 2026, plus a Michelin Bib Gourmand listing in 2025.
The signature tube rice pudding (tong-zai mi-gao) is in its third generation, and regulars' reviews are consistent — the mi-gao is tasty, though the sauce runs generous and can be a touch salty, so if you prefer it light, tell the owner first. The steamed-egg soup and pickled-cabbage duck soup are also often mentioned, and the table chili sauce is described as the “soul,” added by nearly everyone.
The open-air space gets hot in summer, so the shop provides fans; closed Wednesdays, open noon to 8pm.
