週五約三點就先拿號碼牌，五點準時到店座位也差不多坐滿。點了牛肉湯跟牛腩湯及白飯，湯頭非常濃郁，肉量也不少，意味的是牛腩是厚切跟大多數的薄切不同，較有嚼勁。白飯意外的非常乾爽好吃，單吃也非常棒。總結是會再回訪的店，但可惜要早起這點讓人有點卻步。

六千泓佐土產牛肉 sits on Hai'an Road in Tainan's West Central District, open only at dawn, its signatures fresh-blanched beef soup and brisket soup with a bowl of white rice. One diner said “the fresh-blanched beef soup and brisket soup are superb, highly recommended,” another describing in detail “I ordered beef soup, brisket soup, and rice — a very rich broth, plenty of meat, the brisket thick-cut unlike most shops' thin slices so it has more bite, and the rice surprisingly dry and tasty, great on its own too.”

Open only at dawn, you take a number before the peak — one diner noted “I grabbed a number around 3 on a Friday, arrived at 5 on the dot and the seats were nearly full; a shop I'll revisit, though the early rise gives me pause.”

Closed Monday through Wednesday; otherwise open daily 5:00am to 11:00am.
