肉圓壽, in Changhua's Erlin Township, serves street snacks. It was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards in 2025.

The signature is the ba-wan. One diner wrote in a review: “As fried ba-wan go, the skin is impressively crisp, the flavor is decent, and the sauce pairs well too.”
