香之園水餃牛肉麵是我們會想一再回訪的店！這次最讓我驚艷的就是他們的水餃，每一顆都飽滿扎實，外皮Q彈有嚼勁，內餡鮮甜多汁，豬肉與高麗菜的比例恰到好處，一口咬下還有滿滿肉汁，真的越吃越涮嘴。牛肉麵的湯頭濃郁順口，不會過鹹，牛肉燉得軟嫩入味，麵條也很有口感，整體搭配非常滿足。店內環境乾淨整潔，餐點現點現做，服務親切有效率，價格也相當實在，CP值很高。難怪用餐時間總是有不少客人，靠的就是穩定又美味的好味道。尤其水餃真的值得大力推薦，喜歡麵食和水餃的朋友一定不能錯過，下次一定還會再來。🥟🍜

香之園水餃牛肉麵 has run since 1986 on Fuhou Street in Taichung's West District, its signatures hand-made dumplings and beef noodles. One diner said “every dumpling is plump and firm, the skin springy and chewy, the filling fresh-sweet and juicy, the pork-to-cabbage ratio just right, a mouthful of juice when you bite in”; the beef noodles are “a rich, smooth broth, not over-salty, the beef stewed tender and flavorful,” with a gourmand recommending an added side of beef tendon.

One diner noted “after buying fruit at the Fifth Market, following a stroll-and-graze route, we walked toward this bustling old shop,” calling it one of the few old shops left in the Fuhou Street district; it's busy at mealtimes and parking nearby is hard, so come early or on foot.

Closed Saturdays and Sundays; otherwise open daily lunch 11:30–2:00pm and dinner 5:00–8:00pm.
