一甲子餐飲, in Taipei's Wanhua District, was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards three years running (2024, 2025, 2026) plus a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod in 2025.
The signature braised pork-belly rice is NT$120, gua-bao NT$60, lu-rou-fan just NT$40, plus chicken rice NT$60 and Madou wa-gui NT$40; soups include you-tiao fish-ball soup and pork-blood soup at NT$40 each, and pork-intestine soup NT$50. Regulars rave that the braised pork is tender and the gua-bao delicious; call ahead to skip the long on-site queue.
