名不虛傳,好吃
宜蘭農權路炸醬麵 is a roadside noodle stall locals know well, its signature way being to mix both sesame paste and zhajiang sauce into the noodles — collectively “double-sauce noodles” — richly savory and solid. One diner described “a rich sauce, the sesame's fragrance and zhajiang's savory saltiness — a large bowl turns cloying near the end,” and another simply said “double-sauce noodles and wonton soup are amazing.”
Beyond dry noodles, there's wonton soup, fish-ball soup, and pork-rib soup to add; the wontons have thin skins and full filling in a light broth, a good match for the rich dry noodles. At peak hours you wait on site — the sign says seating by number — but turnover is fast, so usually not a long wait.
Open Tuesday to Saturday, noon to evening only (11:30–18:00), closed Mondays and Sundays, so mind the timing.
