平價美食小吃，5星醬油麵配豬頭肉；生意非常好的，哪怕非用餐時段仍是人潮滿滿，雖然內用位置不多，但翻桌算快，稍等一下就會有位置。 ❗特別提醒：用餐環境不是很舒服，位置相當逼仄，夏天來吃要有心理準備。 🔸醬油麵 像是乾式醬油拉麵，搭配豬頭肉很棒。麵條是細拉麵，略硬，切齒感不差，咀嚼黏牙，帶鹼味；醬汁是淡淡鹹鮮帶豬油醇，味道不錯。 🔸豬頭肉 軟潤味鮮，好吃！醬汁鹹鮮微微辣。 🔸餛飩湯 湯頭鹹鮮、重口，還不錯，但吃完會口渴；餛飩皮不爛，內餡是肉鮮鹹跟奇妙的調味。
