The signature is a choice of three dry noodles — sesame paste, satay, or fried shallot — tossed with a house chili sauce that gives them real punch. Shiitake meatballs dropped into wonton soup are also a common add-on. One Google reviewer wrote, "Rich sesame noodles, sweet-fragrant wonton soup, genuinely delicious, worth the trip! You can even ask for more soup — the owner comes around with a big tin ladle and tops up your bowl." Another took the opposite view: "The satay noodles are better than the sesame paste ones, but not worth queuing for" — opinions are split.

An old noodle stall on Xinmin Road; the sign reads "Established around 1963," a name that's been running in Yilan for over 60 years. Open from 3:30pm to midnight, closed Sundays and Mondays. Both dine-in and takeout require ordering and paying up front, and the stall often draws a long line out front when it's busy.
