彰化杉行碗粿 is a street-snack shop in Changhua City. It was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards two years running, in 2023 and 2024, earning a two-bowl rating.

The must-order here is the wa-gui (savory rice pudding). Current prices: wa-gui NT$45, signature scallop-and-yolk wa-gui NT$70, fish-ball soup NT$20, fried-shallot ball soup NT$20, fried-tofu soup NT$20 — a meal runs about NT$20 to 200.
