可惜板條售完，只能買麵，古早味調味搭配，吃起來有種回到以前的感覺，至於湯就較為一般，小菜鳳爪有辣但過癮，有機會再試試仙草秋刀魚 對面停車場停車方便。

ㄤ咕麵, in Hsinchu's Guanxi Township, was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards three times, in 2023, 2024, and 2026, plus a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod in 2025 — one of the most decorated shops in its category.
The signature pure-rice dry ban-tiao (flat rice noodles) is a regulars' favorite, its old-fashioned seasoning carrying a nostalgic feel; but the ban-tiao often sells out early, so latecomers switch to noodles. The chili chicken-feet side is satisfyingly spicy, while the broth is comparatively ordinary. There's a parking lot across the street, so driving is easy too.
Closed Saturdays; weekdays open 11am to 7:30pm, closing earlier at 6:30 on Fridays.
