The signature is a half white-cut chicken, glossy skin with a faint char, dipped in the shop's own garlic soy sauce. Sashimi is sliced to order, translucent and fresh, served with wasabi and shredded daikon. Oyster tofu, salt-grilled shrimp, and stir-fried seafood are also common orders. One Google review notes the food is "a touch salty, but the rice is good, so it balances out."
The small eatery on Zhongxing Road has only six tables and fills up fast — nearly all locals. A group-meal price list hangs on the sign, starting at NT$4,000 for a table of ten, making it a go-to spot for local gatherings in Taitung. Dinner service runs until 9pm, so it's best to arrive early.
